Any business operating in the UK waste management value chain. Collection, transfer, processing, treatment, environmental services, or specialist streams. We know the sector well and are not restricted by subsector.
Scale: £1m to £3m Turnover
We are focused on profitable, established operations within this range. We are not looking for turnaround situations. A business that has been quietly well run for years is exactly what we are after.
Anywhere in the UK
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are not limited to a particular region and will consider businesses regardless of where they are based.
Situation: Retirement, Partial Exit Or MBO
Retirement sales, founders stepping back, and management buyouts are all situations we understand and are comfortable with. We are also open to management teams remaining involved after completion.
